Cause For Applause

Cause For Applause

Advertising created by our agency on behalf of St. Luke’s Hospital recently won three gold awards and one bronze award in the 2012 Aster Awards. The work was created by Connie Collins, Kim Ketelsen, Kevin Northway, and Kris Sullens.

Nearly 3,000 entries were submitted from across the U.S., Canada and South America. Marketing Healthcare Today Magazine and Creative Images, Inc. hosted the competition. J.W. Morton’s work for St. Luke’s also won a Service Advertising Merit Award in another competition, Healthcare Advertising Awards, sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report newspaper. There were 4,000 entries in that competition.

No award can compare to the heartfelt compliment of a client. Still, we sure do like winning them! Here’s the reaction of our St. Luke’s creative team:

Being part of the creative team for St. Luke’s has been a gratifying challenge from day one. I am not blowing smoke up anyone’s nether regions when I say that doing good, effective work for our clients is really the highest honor of all. But it’s especially meaningful to see this campaign make its mark for St. Luke’s in the prestigious Aster Awards with their ties to Marketing Healthcare Today magazine.

I’ve always enjoyed advertising for healthcare clients, and it’s especially exciting when it actually wins awards. Everybody wins!

Creating effective marketing communications is what we strive to do, always. But it’s nice to be recognized by one of the industries we serve.
Kevin Northway, Art Director

It was very exciting to see how the footage came together. The recognition means a lot.
Kris Sullens, Art Director
