Accountant/Office Manager

J.W. Morton & Associates is an established Cedar Rapids advertising agency that has been serving a solid regional base of clients in a variety of industries for over 35 years. We need an experienced accountant willing to carry out various financial duties along with administrating HR changes such as employee benefits. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the potential for variety, a small company environment, and the excitement of a creative atmosphere.

You will be reviewing monthly financials, processing accounts payable and receivable and preparing quarterly and yearly tax information. You’ll be the go-to for processing invoices and payroll along with coordinating all 401k and benefits packages. Experience in accounting/bookkeeping and Microsoft Office is a must. A degree in accounting, or a related field, is preferred along with experience working in Clients & Profits software. This is a full-time position with a benefits package including health insurance and 401K.
