J.W. Morton & Associates is an established Cedar Rapids advertising agency that has been serving a solid regional base of clients in a variety of industries for over 38 years. We need an experienced accountant willing to carry out various financial duties along with administrating some HR and IT for 12 people. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the potential for variety, a small company environment, and the excitement of a creative atmosphere.
You will be reviewing monthly financials, processing accounts payable and receivable and preparing quarterly and yearly tax information. You’ll be the go-to for processing invoices, along with coordinating 401k and benefits packages. Experience in accounting/bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel is a must. A degree in accounting is required. This is a full-time position with a benefits package including health insurance and 401K.
